Team USA skates to win over South

ANN ARBOR, MICH. – The U.S. Under-18 Team defeated the South Division, 8-2, on Day 2 of the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament at the Ice Cube in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Team USA forward Jeremy Morin was named the Player of the Game for his one-goal, four-assist performance.  He was also a plus-5 on the night.

Forward Vinny Saponari struck for two goals and an assist in the victory, while Jordan Schroeder notched a goal and three assists.  Both players were a plus-5.

In goal, Joe Cannata steered aside 23 shots for Team USA.

Wichita Falls Wildcats forward Luke Salazar tallied a goal and an assist in the loss for the South Division.
